Separate products and installers
VidyaSetu ERP and VidyaSetu ERP Sr. are separate software products. You are responsible for confirming that you selected the correct application and installer before installation.

Features marked for confirmation are not represented as currently included. Confirm required features, compatibility, implementation scope, support, licensing and final pricing in a written quotation or agreement.
Downloads and installation
Use installers only from the official VidyaSetu Tech website or official GitHub Releases. Follow institutional security policy, back up existing data, and contact support before replacing or upgrading an older installation. The website does not claim that an installer is digitally signed.
Pricing
Published prices are informational. Implementation, travel, data entry, customization and other costs may vary. A final quotation governs the agreed commercial scope.
Intellectual property
VidyaSetu ERP and VidyaSetu ERP Sr. are software products of VidyaSetu Tech. Website text, branding and software materials may not be reused in a misleading manner.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, VidyaSetu Tech is not responsible for loss caused by selecting the wrong installer, disregarding backup guidance or relying on unconfirmed features.
